Due to the pandemic, we are having to alter our rescue protocol. There are fewer GSD right now and we are not able to have our monthly adoption days. But we are constantly searching out good dogs to bring into the program and they don’t get posted on our website as quickly as they used to, since they need to be vetted and vet appointments are limited. Please bear with us and continue to check our website frequently or follow us on Facebook as we do have dogs in the pipeline waiting to go on our website.
Due to insurance restrictions children must be 6 years of age or older
and fencing must be 5' or higher and secure.
All dogs are in foster care, shown by appointment only. See Adoption Process.

Pixie is a bundle of energy. She needs an active home that will provide her with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. She is very sweet and super smart and focused. She would love a "job" like search and rescue or she would make an awesome walking, jogging or hiking partner. She rides well in the car, loves to play in the water and chase a ball. She is ok with other dogs, but she would probably prefer to be an only dog as she prefers to be with her humans. Not recommended for home with cats.

Keith was found as a stray with deep lacerations to his head and body. He was treated by one of our vets and he is fully recovered and has been cleared for adoption. In spite of his rough start in life, he remains a very sweet and gentle natured dog. His foster home just loves him. He is good with other dogs but would probably prefer to be an only dog since he really loves to be with his people. He rides well in the car and is crate trained. He walks easily on leash and is very intelligent. Unknown about cats.

Pantera is a very handsome, large and gentle soul that is very young at heart. He has one goal in life and that is to love and be loved. He is super sweet and enjoys cuddles. He's housebroken and very good in the house. He gets along with other dogs, but he would do best in a quiet home where he can just relax and "chill" with his people. He enjoys moderate exercise and would probably be fine with a cat with the proper introduction.

Chet is super cute and very sweet. He likely had a rough start in life and is on the timid side, so he will need a little TLC. He came to us very emaciated. It was discovered that he has EPI, which is relatively common in German Shepherd Dogs. It is easily treated with a pancreatic enzyme power added to his food to help with digestion. Chet is gaining weight and doing great since being on the medication. He's looking for that special home that can give him the love and life that he deserves.
